Taiwan Post ePacket and EMS services to the United States have now resumed and are available for U.S. orders.

To ensure smooth order processing and delivery, please read the following notice carefully. This announcement provides U.S. customers with detailed instructions and requirements for UPS shipments.

If you are purchasing a complete airsoft gun, SB199 Compliance Processing Service is mandatory in accordance with U.S. regulations. Please select the correct service type based on your order (Pistol / Non-Pistol).

SB199 compliance processing includes:

• Install a compliant orange muzzle tip (Orange Tip)
• Covering all trademarks before shipment
• Applying fluorescent tape to designated areas of the airsoft gun

These requirements are strictly enforced by U.S. Customs.

If the SB199 compliance service is not added at checkout, we will contact you by email and request the processing fee via PayPal. To avoid shipment delays, please make sure to add the correct service when placing your order.

Taiwan Post ePacket, EMS, and UPS are currently available for shipments to the United States.

The available shipping methods displayed during checkout are based on the products in your order and the applicable shipping regulations. Please select an available shipping option when placing your order.

According to the latest regulations of Chunghwa Post, all shipments to the United States with a declared value of USD 2,500 or less must have all applicable import duties and fees prepaid before shipment. Only after these charges have been prepaid can the shipment proceed through U.S. Customs clearance and be delivered to the recipient.

After your order is confirmed, we will send you a PayPal Duty Payment Request for the required import duty prepayment.

The prepaid duty amount is 15% of the declared product value.

Please note:

• The duty prepayment request will be sent separately after your order is processed.
• Shipment will be arranged only after the duty payment has been completed.
• If additional duties or fees are assessed by U.S. Customs beyond the prepaid amount, they remain the responsibility of the recipient.
• If a shipment is returned due to reasons not caused by AST (such as refusal to pay customs-related charges), the case will be handled in accordance with our Store Policy.
