Official Ordering Instructions for South Korea Shipments
Important Notice
Due to increasingly strict airsoft import regulations in South Korea, all orders shipping to South Korea that include complete airsoft guns must follow the procedures outlined on this page. Orders that do not comply with these requirements may result in shipment delays or cancellation.
This guide is intended to help South Korean customers correctly complete the ordering process, reduce customs-related risks, and avoid unnecessary delays.
Scope of Application
This guide applies only to orders shipping to South Korea that include complete airsoft guns .
Orders containing only parts, accessories, or non-complete airsoft products are not subject to this guide.
Ordering Rules
- South Korean customers purchasing complete airsoft guns must add one South Korea Compliance Processing Service that matches the order contents
- Buyers are advised to provide their PCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) in the order notes to facilitate customs clearance and improve processing efficiency.
- Orders without a selected compliance processing service will be placed on hold and cannot be shipped
- If additional compliance or processing fees are required, customer service will contact the buyer via Email and request payment via PayPal
- Orders canceled due to incomplete required procedures will be subject to a 10% transaction handling fee

Applicable to orders containing two or more complete airsoft guns in a single order.
Orders will be handled manually, and compliance and processing fees will be calculated based on the actual order contents.

Shipping Method Details
Complete Gun Shipment (Type 1 / Type 2)
- Reinforced packaging
- Customs documentation handling
- Installation and permanent fixing of an orange tip
- Muzzle energy adjusted to not exceeding 0.2 Joules
The flash hider will be shipped separately via Airmail.
Separated Shipments (Type 3 / Type 4)
- Reinforced packaging
- Separated into two non-functional shipments
- Shipment #2 will be dispatched only after Shipment #1 is delivered
- Export commercial invoices will be split into two declarations (each at 50% of the total order value)
- High-value products require manual confirmation via Email
Buyer Responsibility and Final Statement
Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with South Korean import and customs regulations. Any delays, seizures, or additional costs resulting from regulations, customs inspections, or incomplete documentation shall be borne by the buyer.
AST Taiwan reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment due to regulatory requirements or store policy considerations.

부품, 액세서리 또는 완제품이 아닌 상품만 포함된 주문에는 적용되지 않습니다.
주문 규칙
- 대한민국 고객이 완제품 에어소프트 총기를 구매하는 경우, 주문 내용에 맞는 South Korea 합규 처리 서비스 선택은 필수입니다.
- 통관 절차의 원활한 진행을 위해, 주문 비고란에 PCC(개인통관고유부호)를 기재하실 것을 권장드립니다.
- 합규 처리 서비스가 선택되지 않은 주문은 보류 처리되며 출고가 불가능합니다.
- 추가 합규 또는 처리 비용이 발생할 경우, 고객센터에서 이메일로 안내 후 PayPal 결제를 요청드립니다.
- 필수 절차 미이행으로 주문이 취소되는 경우, 10% 거래 수수료가 부과됩니다.

Type 5｜다수 완제품 총기 · 수동 합규 처리
완제품 에어소프트 총기 2정 이상이 포함된 주문에 적용됩니다.
주문은 수동으로 처리되며 실제 주문 내용에 따라 합규 및 처리 비용이 산정됩니다.

완제품 단일 배송 (Type 1 / Type 2)
- 포장 강화
- 통관 서류 처리
- 오렌지 팁 장착 및 고정
- 총구 에너지 0.2줄(J) 이하로 조정
파이어링 캡은 Airmail로 별도 발송됩니다.
분해 분할 배송 (Type 3 / Type 4)
- 포장 강화
- 발사가 불가능한 두 개의 패키지로 분리
- 패키지 #1 수령 후 패키지 #2가 발송됩니다.
- 수출 상업 송장은 두 건으로 분리 신고되며 각 금액은 주문 총액의 50%입니다.
- 고가 상품은 이메일을 통한 수동 확인이 필요합니다.
