International Shipping Service Update

Due to policy adjustments by Chunghwa Post, starting from April 1, 2026, the "International Registered Small Packet (Airmail)" service will be replaced by International ePacket.

This service is suitable for lightweight parcels (under 2kg).
Tracking must be checked through Chunghwa Post.
AST does not provide tracking support for this shipping method.

Important Notes:

Delivery is made by address, no signature required in most cases
No written inquiry service provided
No compensation for loss or damage

- Once the shipment leaves Taiwan, all responsibility is borne by the recipient
