Chunghwa Post has resumed EMS and International ePacket shipping services to the United States with a new Duty Prepayment Program.
To comply with the latest U.S. Customs regulations, please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Important Notes
- Orders Valued at USD $800 or Less :
For shipments with a declared merchandise value of USD $800 or below, import duties must be prepaid before shipment. - After your order is placed, our Customer Service team will contact you during business hours and send you a PayPal Duty Payment Request.
- Duty Prepayment Amount: 15% of the merchandise value.
- Orders will only be processed and shipped after the duty payment has been completed.
- Failure to complete the duty payment may result in order delays or cancellation.
- Orders Valued Over USD $800 :
For shipments with a declared merchandise value exceeding USD $800, import duties, taxes, and any applicable customs clearance fees will be collected by the U.S. postal service or customs authorities upon delivery, in accordance with U.S. import regulations. - Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges.
