If there is any special requirement or permit needed for airsoft shipments, please make sure to provide all required information before placing the order.
Country-Specific Requirements Overview
- South Korea [RESTRICTED]
Requires orange tip / muzzle velocity below 0.2J / original flash hider not included (must ship separately)

Requires orange tip / trademarks covered / SB199 regulation
(USPS international parcels suspended; UPS recommended)

Airsoft guns (including M4 series products) cannot be shipped - United Kingdom [RESTRICTED]

Muzzle velocity below 0.98J / full metal airsoft guns are not allowed - Netherlands [RESTRICTED]
NABV permit required (airsoft guns and parts) - Germany [RESTRICTED]
No markings allowed / requires “F in a pentagon” marking on airsoft guns - Brazil [RESTRICTED]
CPF number required - Philippines [NOT ALLOWED]
Complete airsoft guns and realistic firearm parts are not allowed
Additional Fee:
Orange tip – USD 4.00 (rifles) / USD 2.50 (pistols)
Buyer Responsibility
- Buyers must fully understand their local laws before purchasing airsoft products
- AST is not responsible for any fees or customs duties once products reach the destination country
- AST is not responsible for products seized or held by customs
- Buyers bear the risk of returned parcels, and no refund will be made
Order Cancellation Policy
A 10% PayPal handling fee will be charged for refunds under the following conditions:
- Order cancellation without prior confirmation from customer service
- Cancellation for personal reasons without approval

Out-of-Stock / Special Request Products
- Please confirm product name and number before purchase
- Buyer must agree to a reasonable waiting period (ordering / processing / shipping)
- 20% handling fee will be charged if order is canceled or changed during the waiting period
Shipping Policy
Airmail
Under 2kg / Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days (excluding customs and weekends)
International Registered Small Packet does not include signature or formal inquiry services. If this service does not meet your needs, please choose EMS or UPS.
EMS
Over 2kg / Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days (excluding customs)
Delivery delays may occur due to reduced flights.
Mail Delivery Issue in Canada
Mail delivery in Canada may take 1–2 months, and tracking updates may be unavailable. Please understand delays may be longer than usual.

Return & Exchange Policy
- 7-day return/exchange applies to factory defects only
- Proof of defect required within 7 days
- Items must include all original accessories and manuals
- Improper use, disassembly, or modification voids eligibility
- Return shipping covered only if AST made an error
If no defect is found, a USD 20 inspection fee applies.
Processing time: approximately 3–4 weeks.
Complete airsoft rifles and pistols are not exchangeable.
