All orders require a processing period of approximately 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation. This period includes order verification, fulfillment preparation, and shipment scheduling, and excludes weekends and public holidays.

• Buyers must fully understand and comply with their local laws and regulations before purchasing airsoft products.
• AST is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred once the products arrive in the destination country.
• AST is not responsible for any products that are seized, delayed, or held by customs authorities.
• Buyers bear full responsibility for the risk of returned parcels. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Once the product has been shipped/exported from Taiwan, AST shall not be held liable for any issues arising during international transit, including customs inspection, detention or return by customs, shipping delays, carrier damage, loss of goods, or any restrictions imposed by the destination country’s laws or regulations, as well as any other related factors.
• AST is not responsible for any modifications, requirements, or compliance obligations imposed by the destination country after shipment.

A 10% PayPal handling fee will be charged for refunds under the following conditions:

• Order cancellation without prior confirmation from customer service
• Cancellation for personal reasons without approval
